NEXTBANDMAP executes erratically or not at all #526

Setting an Fkey to <03>NEXTBANDMAP<04> does not always work properly.

I have uploaded an experimental build that attempts to correctly do NEXTBANDMAP. With QSYINACTIVERADIO in the BM turned off, the match for ACTIVE radio should go into the callsign window.

Using a second radio + QSYINACTIVERADIO (True) + ALT_D BUFFER ENABLE (True), pressing NEXTBANDMAP will load the ALT-D Buffer window.

Sometimes, pressing NEXTBANDMAP will produce nil. This can be due to subsequently new entry in BM or filtered spots, like beacons or wrong mode. Keep pressing NextBandMap, and you should display the next entry.
