uSpots Display not synced to Add #529

uSpots DISPLAY is filtered by user specs (such as Do Not Show WARC entries). uSpots ADDSPOT is not filtered. NEXTBANDMAPENTRY steps based on Display count of filtered but the cursor set LB_SETCURSEL relies on the count of ADDSPOT. This makes cursor position sometimes positioned wrong.

4.102.5 will filter both ADD and DISPLAY so they sync to the same number of entries.
