IOTA scoring problem #530

Rules RSGB IOTA Contest:

Island Stations contacting: World Stations: 5 points Island Stations having the same IOTA reference: 5 points Other Island Stations: 15 points

That is, if a QSO EU123 with the same EU123 is 5 points, not 15.

4.102.6 is available for testing. Note the scoring for island to island with same IOTA# is dependent on entering
'MyState' without leading zeros. eg, EU-5 -not EU05 or EU005.
