In ARRL Digital contest, the ADIF file exports STATE with a grid square. #604

The grid square is placed in the ADIF field called STATE in the file. This is wrong and messed up my import to DXKeeper. Remove the STATE as we do not know in it ARRL-DIGI.

I verified this is working as coded in the latest release as of today. We had an issue where it might have been lost in a mix-up with the MASTER. But it looks OK.
