In UDP Broadcast, SSB is sent as the mode but should be USB or LSB #611

The N1MM UDP documentation states the mode is USB or LSB for SSB contacts. TR4W sends SSB. This breaks things that are looking for USB or LSB like n1mm_view. Change the mode to the proper mode (take from extended mode if necessary).
