PTT fails to terminate on K4-MicroHam intall #613

I am using the microHAM interface which employs a Winkey 3.1. The DXP itself is "transparent" to the application, it does not adjust or set anything. If I start TR4W the PTT is initialized. The problem is that the TR4W program causes the PTT to remain active even after the program exits

4.113.1 will explicitly force ptt off upon TR4W exit.
