Change EUDX Contest #624

we have updated the contest rules of the EUDX Contest. In particular, some scores have changed, see point 3 (QSO Points) and the multipliers see point 4 that have become for each band. Furthermore, to avoid confusion with the Eurasia Contest we have moved the start time of the contest to 19.00 UTC From this year there is a web page dedicated to the contest: www.eudx-contest.com.
