Add new QSO Point Method for RCC-VHF #644

I am making a module for a new contest - RCC VHF. Exchange: 599 + QSO number + QTH Loc 6 characters - 599 001 KN76QT .

Could you make a QSO POINT METHOD for this if: 145 MHz - 1 point per 1 km distance 435 MHz - 2 pts 1.3 Ghz - 4 pts 5, 7 GHz, 10 GHz and 24 GHz - 6 pts
