Allow adjustable font size #649

Allow some user control over font size. This is a compormise with other windows like BandMap but the big CTRL-J parms are FONT SIZE, BANDMAP ITEM HEIGHT, and BANDMAP ITEM WIDTH. To be added in June 4.123.

Originally font size of main editable window and bandmap were both set by HFONT. Maximizing main window to, say FONT SIZE = 4 made the bandmap quite large, consuming BM space. Band map now has a new setting BAND MAP SIZE. Hopefully the defaults for band map work for most folks without changing these parameters.

User preferences will vary, but I use FONT SIZE = 2, BAND MAP SIZE = 2, BAND MAP ITEM HEIGHT = 14, BAND MAP ITEM WIDTH = 125
