ALT-P text messages should preced with space #655

DF5EN noted text messages without control characters (like <03> ( chr(3) ) tend to get mashed. Something like CQ CW EXCHANGE = 'AL NC' can be transmitted to caller as 'DF5ENAL NC' users can insert '_' to circumvent, but TR4W will now add a space to the exchange automatically- as long as it does not contain control characters.

Turns out this introduced more problems than it was worth. As part of 4.123.6, the auto insert of '_' is removed.
