After resetting radio ports, the display does not update #737

Even though the radio is connected (BandUP and BandDN works), the display is not updating. I suspect something in RadioPolling stopped. Perhaps the thread itself needs to be restarted.

This is not quite finished but is working almost fully after Reset Radio Ports. The Band is not registering for some reason. I suspect due to FilteredStatus not changing.
