Bandmap contains duplicate entries #746

At times the bandmap has duplicate entries for the same call.

This is caused by spots spewed out with a different frequency for the same call. I will attempt to remove the oldest spot but this cannot be completely corrected by the logging program as the logging program d/n know what the 'correct' frequency is.

IMO,, a bigger problem is spots generated with a truncated call. Eg, 'RW9C' being spotted as 'W9C'

4.132.2 out for testing at RW9C

positive f/b. also back off fix 4.126.5 causing import problems where bands labeled wrong.
