When SPLIT mode is disabled, turn off the SUB if the radio supports a sub-receiver #8

When disabling Split mode (such as clicking on a BANDMAP entry that is not split), the radio is reset from split mode. ON radios with a sub receiver, I believe the SUB should also be turned off.

This seems logical to me but is there a case where we may not want to do this? During a contest, would you want to be monitoring the SUB receiver for some reason?
