[SUGGESTION] Having a smart sticky header #145

The goal is to save some reading place on the main content. On my screen, can save 2.5 lines of text. Is it possible to have a smart sticky header?

Basically, "Smart sticky header" or called also "Auto-hiding sticky header" has this behavior:
