Add pagination and update featured block #60

@megawatts64 This pull request adds some basic pagination to the homepage and disables the snowboarding feature in preparation for the Turok one. If possible can you add your Turok post to this PR so I can test before it gets merged.

I've added the Turok post as requested to the posts folder. All fields have been filled in except the header img one of course. I uploaded the images used within the post the other day, so that should all be fine.
