Date and author fields at top of posts #7

Posts have visible dates in the feed on the homepage but you cannot currently see this information on a post page. An author field is also required (but this does not need to appear in the homepage/category feeds).

The date field does not need to include a time, although being able to show how long ago something was posted might be a nice way to quickly indicate to a user how fresh something is. For example, if something was posted at 9:00 and it is now 15:00, it would show "6h ago". This could be used up until 24 hours, after which point it shows "yesterday" or simply the full date. If the time functionality above is not possible then just show date.

Suggested date format: 1 January 2016 (note there is no "th" in superscript after the number). If space allows us to include a day too then this should come at the beginning, e.g., Monday 1 January 2016.

Suggested author field microcopy: "Written by [name]"

Both these fields should appear at the top of the post, preferably below the heading.
