Build errors with VS2019 #120

Following the readme (substituting cmake 3.13.4 with 3.14.1), Visual Studio fails to build cdn64.vcxproj with the following errors:

LNK2019 unresolved external symbol __builtin_bswap64 referenced in function rsp_vload_group2
LNK2019 unresolved external symbol htonll referenced in function pi_dma_write
LNK2019 unresolved external symbol ___chkstk_ms referenced in function libiconvlist
LNK1120 3 unresolved externals

Not sure if it will totally help, but https://github.com/n64dev/cen64/pull/190 would be a good start... (also using the appveyor.yml file for required dependencies)
