Certificate expired #199

https://www.cen64.com/ 's cert expired march 9th, and you cannot access the download link without manually editing the url

I've experienced a similar problem... is certbot not restarting Nginx? When I installed certbot on my system, there were two places to configure this, depending on whether certbot was being run by cron or by systemd.
