Splendid. Could you add it to UnifiedNlp like you've done with the LocalWiFi backend ?

The Unified NLP readme at https://github.com/microg/android_packages_apps_UnifiedNlp already has a link to this GSM backend.

You can run both my local GMS backend and my WiFi backend simultaneously (I do that on my phone).

One issue at the moment is that the OpenCellID project has broken their file download so you can't use their data at this time. I have sent them an email about that but have not heard back so I don't know when it will be fixed. In the meantime I think you could start with the much smaller cell tower dataset from Mozilla Location Services.
