Install Issues #4

Compiled and installed on Raspbian Buster:

make install fails, must manually copy announce/* files and DigitalVoice.glade host files not copied at install

Does not retain latitude in settings.

Audio to headset is not working

All fixed. Please read the new Raspberry Pi section in the README. I was suprised to find out that Raspbian full didn't have pulseaudio.
