Moved enableTransmit into switchService to allow different acc to use different pins #12

Had trouble having multiple rc accessories that used different transmitters on different gpio pins. Moving enableTransmit into switchService allows both 315MHz and 433MHz switches to work simultaneously.

Pulled into dev for testing, thanks for the commit.

Wonder if the additional setup add much in terms of lag time -- how was the reliability for you?

Reliability has been good. I have had one or two commands that were missed by my outlets out of about 50-100 commands, but I don’t know if that is due to this plugin or my transmitters (I haven’t added antennas to my transmitters yet). I haven’t noticed any lag, but I haven’t timed it.
