DOC-918: Update Cal credential to include self-hosted Cal #2178

This was flagged in my original pass because at the time, Cal had paused on self-hosting installations and had a notice that self-hosted API wasn't supported.

Jon noted that we had it because they support self-hosting, and I went to the docs link I previously had about the deprecation and they have full and proper self-hosting documentation again, so this PR is just to update the credential to remove that previous warning and update the required fields information.
