DOC-993: Update "Fair-code license" page to Sustainable Use License page

Summary of changes:

• Changed URL from /faircode-license/ to /sustainable-use-license/, added appropriate redirects
• Updated any pages that referenced that URL to the correct URL.
• Updated wording to make it clear it's a sustainable use license under the fair-code model, not a fair-code license.
• Added specific examples requested in the Linear issue.
• Some minor readability changes to headers, lists, etc.
