Bug Description

my docker self-host n8n 1.66.0

Credentials in project - Personal are not just my credentials but including other project's

To Reproduce

just click project - Personal and click Credentials tab

Expected behavior

Credentials in project - Personal should be just created by myself

Operating System

docker self-host

n8n Version

1.66.0

Node.js Version

18

Database

SQLite (default)

Execution mode

main (default)

We have created an internal ticket to look into this which we will be tracking as "GHC-467"

oh, btw, my user is n8n owner. I tried a admin user , issue still there. for a member user , no problem
