[WIP] Standalone syllables, NBSP, and ZWJ polish #119

Contains sample clarifications regarding NBSP, ZWJ, and ZWNJ, and the term "standalone" syllable, as applied to syllable-identification, half, and cjct. As per #43. Eventually would be propagated to other Indic2-script docs.

Took another run at untangling the issues in 3.12. Additional review on the update would be welcome.
