This fixes the AVAGRAHA error in the syllable-identification regular expressions in the Indic docs.
Original problem was caused by confusion of the AVAGRAHA shaping class and the A regular-expression element, which in HarfBuzz is an abbreviation for "ANUDATTA". HarfBuzz uses "Anudatta" for all Vedic Signs, so its element is abbreviated A.
In our docs, the Vedic Signs element is called vedicsigns, and the AVAGRAHA class should be grouped in with SYMBOL.
