Don't mention PPA on webextensions pages #68

On both the Firefox and Chrome store pages for the webextension, it still suggests that Ubuntu users use the no-longer-maintained PPA.

By the way, you can use apt instead of apt-get in all supported Ubuntu releases (14.04+)

sudo apt install chrome-gnome-shell
