Firmware update hangs sometimes #85

Sometimes plugging in a board with old firmware, the app will say it is updating the firmware, but the process never ends, unplugging and plugging back in gets the process to start over and normally completes after a few seconds

Can you pull logs from a computer that saw this issue?
