Ticking to install FFA in the installation, it won't work, because qwprogs.dll isn't copied to /ffa folder

besides, the configs should be updated, according to whats written on ktx/SETUP_FFA_CTF

I've changed the configs.

only qwprogs.dll is missing in /ffa folder
