docs abstraction & code formating #181

This is part of my crusade to

abstract docs (main page and all "Related Pages" now live in the docs folder)
fix formatting (mostly was just inconsistent indentation & missing docs interlinking between class defs and config defs)

NOTE: This lib is unlicensed.

@TMRh20 after the new RF24::begin(_SPI*) feature is ready to go live, we should do another release crusade because of the abstracted docs.

example: the Arduino.html in RF24 docs is now _md_docsarduino.html

These latest 3 PRs from me fix all hyperlink changes like this. I also need to look at the RF24Audio docs, RF24Ethernet docs and RF24Gateway docs still... for completeness
