Status switch for washer/dryer #309

Looking to see if it would be possible to make a switch for when the washer or dryer is powered on. We have a heat pump wash tower and our exhaust fan in our laundry room really should be on when we are doing laundry. By having a switch status for the washer/dryer, I could make a home kit automation that turns the exhaust fan on or off depending on the switch status (exhaust fan is already exposed in HomeKit]

Never mind, found a work around.
