Global variables in extras\deploy\jgrasstools.bat #46

The current version of the batch file creates two global variables in which the 
latter (MODULESJARS) is increased in every execution. Using setlocal and 
endlocal at the beginnning and at the end of the script solve this problem. See 
attached file.
