wi fi led dont work correctly #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wi fi led work even wi fi netwok is disabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
fixed gpio indication

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
openwrt-ramips-rt305x-dir-320-b1-squashfs-sysupgrade-oscam.bin

Это не баг, а особенность OpenWRT (или драйвера 
wifi) - индикатор горит, когда wifi отключен, 
мигает при обмене данными, не горит при 
отсутствии активности
This is not bug, this is OpenWRT feature (or wifi driver feature) - wifi led 
lights if wifi disabled, led blinks on any activity on your wifi network.
