The distribution site of a set of fonts so-called “IPAFont” mainatined by Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan is down since Jan 31 13:00 till Feb 3 10:30 (in Japanese Standard Time).
We should add mirror urls of IPAFont, considering it’s distributed by a Japanese quasigovernmental organization.
