`--help` option conflicts #138

With Core v0.14, adding --help option causes a conflict after merging https://github.com/na4zagin3/satyrographos/pull/134.

Error parsing command line:
  (Failure "multiple flags named --help")
For usage information,
 run  satyrographos install -help
