Need to add a subcommand to create a new document/library:

Requirements

Interactively select name, license, and so on. It's also possible to give all the information via command line parameters.
Templates for various usages:
- a document
- a package library
- a font library

Interface

Missing information in the command line arguments will be asked interactively.

$ satyrographos new [--license=LICENSE] TYPE NAME
