no sound in any browser? #5

Hello. I get a message that sound cound not be initialized in both, Chrome and FireFox.

i've created a pull request with the required changes to allow it to work. the webaudio standard was changed which broke this (I had a similar problem with the javascript Atari ST emulator I wrote)
