1. Generated site maps include excluded /wp-admin/, etc

xml files contain

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu,Apache2, multiple domains

Please provide any additional information below.
Have been trying to set settings to produce sitemaps that contain /?page_id=, 
and none produced.
Is there are set of filters i can use for wordpress?
