Jack plug does not cut speakers at the hardware level #6

WM8960 SoC provides a mechanism to cut speakers at the hardware level. However, the SoC is installed in such a way that the Jack plug does not cut speakers at the hardware level and a software daemon is required.

Hey @pguyot can you please post your solution. If have the same issue and only got it solved with soldering!?

The solution is separate tagtagtag-mixer software daemon that modifies levels when something is plugged into the jack port. https://github.com/pguyot/wm8960/tree/tagtagtag-sound
