Use the ICAO definitions of Xplane airports #1880

This is about conversation in discord, I left the info from Disposable here in case it can be done in the future. I can't test it because I haven't xplane, but I think that this feature can be good to xplane users. imagen v1 acars, scans this airport and saves the icao as XK9N because the id starts with it v2 acars however, scans this airport and uses the full id as the icao code

Latest v2 alpha has a fix for this, can be safely closed 😉
