Cron recalculate last aircraft position #626

What is the purpose of adding this to the cron? What does it bring?

It may bring in more problems, what will happen if an admin decides to move an aircraft to somewhere else after it lands and waits for some time at landing airport ?

Will cron check pireps and put the aircraft back to airport A, instead of it's current location like airport C ?
