This commit introduces diagnostic support for missing translations in the js-i18n.nvim plugin. Key changes include:

Added diagnostic configuration in config.lua.
Implemented diagnostic enable, disable, and toggle commands.
Created autocmds to handle diagnostic updates.
Added checker module to validate translations and publish diagnostics.
Updated LSP configuration to support diagnostic notifications.
