change icons for expanding / collapsing table rows in overview dashboard #48

Right now it is a blue background + to expand and a red background - to collapse.

This can be visually confusing as a + could be adding a new task and a - could be deleting a task.

This is further confusing because the red looks like it is highlighting a problem.

So change the +/- and the color (at least the red part)

maybe use font awesome angle up and angle down or double angle up / double angle down.
