alternative text for "No data available in table" #49

Empty tables currently report "No data available in table" which isn't as precise as I would like. The uninitiated reading that could think that it failed to get the data rather than there being simply no data for that table available because there are no tasks in the queue

Change the language this way: language.emptyTable

Do something like this:

ToDo: No tasks in To Do queue
InProcess: No in process tasks
Fail: No failed tasks
complete: No completed tasks.
