display current runners #91

A regular question I get admin'ing a setup is "are there any runners running?" to answer this it would be good to show on the dashboard:

Number of runners.
Number of idle runners
Number of currently working runners
For idle runners when was the last time they requested a job
For active runners how long have they be on their current job
