Removed the ARM Dockerfile as this is no longer needed with docker buildx.
Refactored the current Dockerfile to be more standardized for a GO application Aswell as making it more secure and smaller.
Refactored the CI to just currently build the docker image on each supported architecture but plan on implementing testing upon each check-in and pushing to docker hub once a CI/CD model is in place.
