Saved MathML error codifing entities #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'd like to save MathML with unicode saveOption. But, '<' is not encoded, just 
outputed as is, and that produces not valid XML. Tested from sample equations 
"f(x) { -x x<0..."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'<' encoded with its unicode entity.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
v2.3-b1026
