Notification icon button sends onUnknownRoute exception #2

From home screen. App not crash still no action is performed. Probably something in routing is not set as expected. I do not know what should happen after button click. From other screens Another exception was thrown: Could not find a generator for route "/task-form" in the _WidgetsAppState.
