It is awaiting one tiny fix to a typo which I just made in this PDF via Adobe Acrobat to give Aileen space & time to get to higher priority InDesign stuff. Same with D1a and D1b which just had one small typo each, fixed in these PDFs and the Trello cards have been updated to wait for Aileen to make those in InDesign.
