• DONE Can you please format the error_checks CSV to be compatible with the REDCap import format
• I thought I did do this? Can you point out what is different if it is not what you expected? Delete the naccid-enrollment-form_questions_and_variables.csv file since it is uploaded with a different name.
• DONE Variables PTXFER, NEWADCID, LSTVISDATE are still in REDCap form but removed from vars list and error checks, is that a mistake or do they need to be removed from the REDCap form? -They are currently hidden from the survey in the REDCap form so they will not show and are not required since they are no longer a part of the form. I think Laura left them there just in case we needed them later. But if you think they should be deleted I can do that.

Looks good, old file is deleted now, it wasn't before

We can keep them in the form if they are not visible and no data will be entered.

For error check enrl-m-025 please put only one variable in "var_name" column and rest in "comp_vars" column.
